Known for its rolling hills and limestone cliffs, Burgundy is the ancestral home of Pinot Noir and the worlds most coveted Chardonnay. This evening we will explore the terroir of Cote d'Or through a transcendent five-course tasting menu curated by Chef Theron Walker paired with iconic and legendary wines from the region. This is the first stop on a six-month culinary odyssey through Frances noble wine regions.
