On Thursday, April 30th, our journey continues eastward to the stunning region of Alsace.  Tucked between the Vosges Mountains and the Rhine, Alsace is a sun-soaked mosaic of floral whites, Germanic influence, and rich volcanic terroir. To celebrate this unique "Aromatic Frontier", Chef Theron Walker has crafted an elevated five-course tasting menu, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines that capture the region's diverse and aromatic profile.  Experience a masterclass in flavor, technique, and perfectly poured French wine.

Our kitchen is leaning into the best flavors of the season, serving up approachable dishes rooted in great technique and local ingredients. Whether you’re a regular or visiting us for the first time, we want this to feel like a perfect, stress-free morning out for the whole family.
