On Thursday, April 30th, our journey continues eastward to the stunning region of Alsace. Tucked between the Vosges Mountains and the Rhine, Alsace is a sun-soaked mosaic of floral whites, Germanic influence, and rich volcanic terroir. To celebrate this unique "Aromatic Frontier", Chef Theron Walker has crafted an elevated five-course tasting menu, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines that capture the region's diverse and aromatic profile.
